What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive startup procedures and system testing for single-phase and three-phase air conditioning installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues to ensure proper operation and system longevity
- Execute final inspections, corrections, and adjustments before system handoff to customers
- Present warranty coverage and service plan options to customers in a consultative, professional manner
- Coordinate and complete scheduled maintenance and warranty calls in the Temple area
- Document system specifications, test results, and customer information accurately
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in proper working condition
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience troubleshooting and starting AC systems, particularly multi-phase installations
- Strong understanding of HVAC electrical systems, refrigerant handling, and diagnostic procedures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to serve customers throughout Bell County
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical customers
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
