About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Executive Recruiting, you will be a driving force behind VF Corporation's Global Executive Recruiting team and the wider global talent acquisition community. Based in Costa Mesa, Orange County, this full-time position centers on creating operational efficiencies, elevating the experience of candidates and hiring managers alike, and ensuring that executive searches run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to the Global Executive Recruiting team across day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to go-to-market efforts for talent acquisition operations and process rollouts.
• Enhance the experience of executive candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Help develop and refine internal recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline executive hiring and improve overall TA efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders across VF's global talent acquisition function to support shared goals.

Qualifications

• Background in talent acquisition, recruiting, or executive search, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at once.
• A service-minded approach focused on delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Comfort working with recruiting operations, processes, and implementation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited to a fast-moving, global environment.
