EY is hiring a SAP Finance Fixed Assets Manager to join our Consulting practice based in Lake Sherwood, Ventura County, with location flexibility for the right candidate. In this full-time role, you will help organizations unlock the full value of SAP technology across their finance and fixed asset functions.

About the Role

As a SAP Finance Fixed Assets Manager at EY, you will partner with clients to reimagine how SAP solutions strengthen their financial operations. The position centers on fixed asset accounting and asset lifecycle processes, giving clients a fresh, strategic perspective on how technology can drive efficiency, accuracy, and lasting business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance engagements with an emphasis on Fixed Assets configuration, design, and implementation.
• Advise clients on optimizing asset accounting, depreciation, and reporting within their SAP environment.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, and deliverables while guiding and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate across EY's globally connected, diverse teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in SAP Finance, with a strong focus on the Fixed Assets / Asset Accounting module.
• Demonstrated experience leading SAP implementation or transformation projects in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes related to fixed asset management.
• Proven ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and client relationships at a managerial level.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills suited to a client-facing environment.
