About the Role
As a Front End Specialist 1 at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, you'll be the face of our store, delivering the excellent service and energy that define the Ollie-tude. This part-time position is ideal for someone looking for flexible work while making an immediate impact on the customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Operate checkout registers with accuracy and speed during assigned shifts
- Deliver friendly, courteous service to every customer at the front end of the store
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and surrounding spaces
- Process transactions securely and follow cash handling procedures
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and store policies
- Assist with bagging, gift cards, and payment methods with professionalism
- Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations
- Stock shelves and assist with visual merchandising as needed
