About the Role

As a Home Health Aide with Help at Home, you'll deliver direct personal care and support services that enable seniors and adults to live independently and safely in their own homes. This is hands-on, meaningful work where your caregiving skills make a real difference every single day.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity
• Support mobility and safe transfers using proper techniques
• Maintain clean, safe home environments for your clients
• Communicate with clients, families, and the care team about needs and progress
• Respond compassionately to client concerns throughout your shifts

What We're Looking For

• Florida Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or ability to obtain certification
• Demonstrated experience in direct patient care or caregiving
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine compassion for seniors and adults
• Reliability and consistent work ethic—clients depend on you
• Clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Valid identification and ability to pass background screening
