Working as a caregiver for Stand Out Home Care means building genuine relationships with clients while supporting them to live with dignity and independence in their own homes. This full-time role places you at the center of providing person-centered care that respects each individual's preferences, routines, and values.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Support mobility and transfers to help clients maintain physical safety and independence
• Offer companionship and emotional support that enriches clients' quality of life
• Assist with light household tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and our care team to ensure continuity of care
• Follow individualized care plans and report any changes or concerns
• Treat every client with respect, compassion, and attention to their dignity
• Maintain reliable, punctual attendance to support clients who depend on you

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients in Queen Creek, Maricopa County
