About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in their homes throughout the Spartanburg, SC region. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess patient mobility, strength, and functional capacity in home settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical outcomes
- Administer hands-on therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
- Document patient progress, vital signs, and clinical notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Travel to multiple patient homes throughout Spartanburg County to deliver on-site PT services
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and mobility strategies
What We're Looking For
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina
- Experience in home health physical therapy, preferably on travel assignments
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills with diverse patient populations
- Professional communication and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts during the 13-week contract period
