Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Gotham Enterprises Ltd seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Port Saint Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida. In this full-time position, you'll provide clinical mental health services to clients who depend on compassionate, evidence-based care and professional therapeutic support.

About the Role

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you'll assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct clinical services in a supportive community setting. You'll work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated mental health services in Port Saint Lucie.

What You'll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations of client mental health needs and treatment progress
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy or counseling services
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate, compliant clinical records
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, medical professionals, and community resources
• Identify and address immediate safety concerns and crisis situations
• Maintain professional boundaries and cultural competency in all client interactions

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid Florida LCSW licensure
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field
• Demonstrated clinical experience in individual and family therapy
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of mental health conditions and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development
