As a Senior Creative and Brand Designer at Vail Resorts, you'll develop and execute brand strategy that resonates with guests and employees alike. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on creative direction, partnering with marketing, operations, and resort teams to craft cohesive brand experiences that capture the mountain lifestyle and hospitality excellence Vail Resorts is known for.

What You'll Do

• Direct visual brand strategy and creative campaigns across digital and print channels
• Lead design teams in developing brand guidelines, design systems, and creative standards
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to shape brand messaging and positioning
• Create compelling designs for resort marketing, guest communications, and internal initiatives
• Ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints in the Vail Resorts network
• Mentor designers and creative professionals on your team
• Evaluate emerging design trends and technologies to keep brand work competitive and fresh

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
• Expert proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain comprehensive brand systems
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and brand positioning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns or identity systems
• Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
