About the Role
This full-time position focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining roofs for residential and light commercial properties throughout the San Patricio County area. You'll be the technical expert our customers trust to solve roof problems correctly—the first time.
What You'll Do
- Inspect roofs to identify damage, wear, and potential leak sources
- Perform repairs on various roofing materials, including shingles, metal, and composite systems
- Locate and seal leaks using industry-standard techniques and materials
- Replace damaged sections, flashing, and protective coatings as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and safety gear in proper working condition
- Document work completed and communicate findings to homeowners and property managers
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes applicable to roof repair work
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in residential and/or commercial roof repair
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose roofing problems accurately
- Reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to delivering quality results and standing behind your work
- Comfort working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
