RGroupII is recruiting detail-oriented and reliable crew laborers to support our highway striping operations. You'll work on active road construction and maintenance projects, helping ensure clear, durable lane markings and traffic control lines that keep roads safe and organized. Whether you're new to the construction industry or have prior experience, we're committed to developing your skills through hands-on training and mentorship from our experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare road surfaces for striping by cleaning, clearing, and inspecting work areas
• Assist with the application of pavement markings, lane lines, and road symbols using professional equipment and materials
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and safety gear on job sites
• Follow established safety protocols and work practices to ensure team and public safety
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and contribute to overall project success
• Support quality control by reviewing finished work and reporting any concerns

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to showing up on time, every day
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including standing, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors
• Prior construction or highway work experience is preferred but not required
• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly
