About the Role

As a Patient/Member Experience Coordinator, you are the frontline of our practice operations. You'll manage the administrative, organizational, and interpersonal elements that keep our members engaged, informed, and supported throughout their wellness journey. Your attention to detail and genuine care for member satisfaction will directly impact patient retention, referrals, and the overall experience at Cenegenics.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring seamless calendar management and timely confirmations
• Answer member inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and warmth
• Support new patient onboarding, including intake documentation, orientation to services, and initial relationship building
• Manage member follow-ups between appointments to track progress and address concerns
• Coordinate communications between clinical staff and patients regarding lab results, test scheduling, and care recommendations
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation within our systems
• Assist with member events, seminars, or wellness programming as needed
• Identify opportunities to enhance member satisfaction and retention
