What You'll Do
- Greet customers and help them find the merchandise that matches their interests and fandom
- Share your knowledge of bands, collectibles, apparel, and pop culture trends to build authentic connections
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the register
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and keep the store visually appealing and fully stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and flag items that need replenishment
- Answer customer questions about products, sizing, availability, and pricing with confidence
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain the energy and vibe customers expect
- Support the store's sales performance while upholding BoxLunch & Hot Topic's values
What We're Looking For
