Join NTT America, Inc. as a Senior Workday HCM Consultant for a full-time remote opportunity based out of our Dallas, Texas office. We're looking for an accomplished consultant to lead Workday HCM implementations and support our clients' most critical human capital management needs across the United States.
About the Role
As a Senior Workday HCM Consultant at NTT America, Inc., you'll drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management solutions for enterprise clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic consulting to deliver transformational HCM transformations. You'll report directly to leadership and work across multiple client engagements, setting the standard for excellence in our Workday consulting practice.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization
- Design and configure Workday HCM modules including core HCM, benefits administration, payroll, and related integrations
- Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder engagement throughout implementation cycles
- Perform testing, quality assurance, and provide technical guidance to junior consultants and client teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities and champion change management initiatives
- Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of our Workday consulting capability
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM systems
- Strong understanding of human resources processes, payroll operations, and benefits administration
- Demonstrated success managing complex HCM projects and leading technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence clients and colleagues
- Workday certification preferred but not required for exceptional candidates with relevant experience
