About the Role

As a Retail Key Holder at our Brooklyn store, you'll take on responsibilities that extend beyond typical sales associate work. You'll manage key store operations, handle cash and financial processes, oversee opening and closing procedures, and help set a positive tone for customer interactions and team collaboration every single day.

What You'll Do

• Manage store opening and closing procedures with attention to security, cash handling, and operational compliance
• Process customer transactions, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and support daily financial reconciliation
• Lead by example and support your team, fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment
• Provide knowledgeable, personalized customer service for fragrances and personal care products
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and inviting
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention initiatives
• Help train and mentor team members on store procedures and customer service standards as needed

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced retail setting
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately, operate point-of-sale systems, and follow financial procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Availability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and opening/closing times
• Genuine interest in fragrances, beauty, and personal care products
