Director of Corporate Strategy

RxBenefits is hiring a Director of Corporate Strategy to lead strategic initiatives across the company from our Virginia Beach, Virginia Beach City headquarters. This full-time leadership role reports to the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development and offers the opportunity to shape enterprise growth, product direction, and operational excellence for a healthcare-focused organization.

About the Role

As Director of Corporate Strategy at RxBenefits, you'll partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to develop forward-looking strategies that drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth. This is a hands-on strategic role where you'll translate business objectives into actionable initiatives spanning corporate direction, product innovation, and operational improvement. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your analytical rigor and strategic vision directly influence company trajectory and marketplace positioning.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute corporate strategy aligned with RxBenefits' long-term vision and market positioning
• Work with C-suite leaders and department heads to refine product strategy and identify new growth opportunities
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic recommendations
• Lead cross-functional strategy initiatives that improve operational performance and efficiency
• Build business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions and resource allocation
• Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities relevant to healthcare benefits and pharmaceutical services
• Partner with teams across the organization to implement strategy and track results

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in corporate strategy, business development, or strategic planning leadership
• Deep expertise in healthcare business models, benefits administration, or pharmaceutical services
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to synthesize complex data
• Track record of developing and implementing strategies that deliver measurable business impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic mindset combined with operational execution excellence
• MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred
