Territory Sales Rep / Direct Sales (Window Coverings & AV / Custom Integrator)

RYSE Inc is hiring a Territory Sales Representative for our New York City area. This is a full-time, direct sales role focused on bringing motorized smart home solutions to dealers, installers, and custom integrators across your assigned territory in New York and New Jersey.

About the Role

As a Territory Sales Rep, you'll drive business growth by connecting window covering professionals and AV integrators with retrofit motorization technology designed to modernize their customer offerings. You'll own your territory's sales development, client relationships, and revenue growth. Compensation includes a base salary, commission, and performance bonuses. This position requires 50–70% travel within your assigned area to meet clients at their locations, demonstrate products, and close deals.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect dealers, installers, and custom integrators who can benefit from motorization retrofit solutions
• Present product capabilities and ROI to decision-makers in the window coverings and AV integration space
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with assigned territory accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
• Travel throughout your territory to conduct in-person product demonstrations and client meetings
• Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on territory performance metrics
• Stay current with product offerings and market trends in smart home motorization

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in direct sales, territory management, or B2B sales in the home improvement, AV, or smart home sector
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets
• Comfort with frequent travel and client-facing interactions
• Problem-solving mindset and consultative sales approach
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn product and industry quickly
