What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and decision-makers
• Execute merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, visibility, and in-store performance
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories
• Manage account growth through consultative selling and customer service excellence
• Coordinate product promotions and oversee in-store execution and compliance
• Analyze market conditions and customer feedback to support strategic business planning
• Maintain detailed records and reporting on sales activity and account progress

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Reliable personal transportation for in-territory work
