What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Explain policy features, coverage limits, and premium costs in clear, accessible language
• Process applications, renewals, and policy changes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust and repeat business
• Stay current with product offerings, policy updates, and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Valid Louisiana insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
