About the Role
This is a part-time position offering 3 to 4 days per week of therapeutic work in a professional spa setting. Your schedule will include Saturday availability. We maintain a no-Sunday policy, giving our entire team that day for rest and renewal.
What You'll Do
- Perform deep tissue massage therapy for clients, using evidence-based techniques tailored to individual needs
- Conduct client consultations to understand health history, pain points, and therapeutic goals
- Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces and uphold infection control standards
- Build lasting client relationships and contribute to a welcoming spa environment
- Adhere to all Florida massage therapy licensing requirements and spa protocols
What We're Looking For
- Current Florida massage therapy license
- Minimum 2 years of professional massage therapy experience
- Demonstrated expertise in deep tissue massage techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to listen to client needs
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for scheduled Saturday shifts
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client safety and comfort
