About the Role

As a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service, you'll play a critical role in protecting the nation's leaders and critical infrastructure. Working from our Lawndale field office in Los Angeles County, you'll engage in protective operations, criminal investigations, and intelligence-driven mission work that directly impacts national security.

What You'll Do

• Conduct protective services operations for designated federal officials and facilities
• Lead and support criminal investigations related to counterfeiting, financial crimes, and identity theft
• Gather and analyze intelligence to assess threats and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies
• Execute surveillance and undercover operations as assigned
• Prepare detailed reports and testify in judicial proceedings
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and discretion in all assignments

What We're Looking For

• U.S. citizenship and a valid driver's license
• Current Top Secret security clearance eligibility
• Vision and hearing that meet federal standards, with or without correction
• Ability to pass a thorough background investigation and medical examination
• Strong physical fitness and readiness for the demands of protective and investigative work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to relocate if required for the position
• Knowledge of federal law enforcement procedures and practices (experience preferred)
