Clinical Research Coordinator I/II

Benaroya Research Institute is hiring a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator I/II for its Clinical Trials Unit in Times Square, King County. You'll support groundbreaking clinical research studies in partnership with Virginia Mason physicians, working on trials in Cardiology, Neurology, and Allergy research.

About the Role

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll be central to the success of our clinical research operations. The Clinical Trials Unit at Benaroya Research Institute partners with leading clinicians to conduct rigorous studies in therapeutic specialties including cardiac medication and device trials, neurological research, and allergy investigations. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to medical science while supporting both research teams and study participants.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day clinical research activities for assigned studies
• Screen, recruit, and enroll study participants, ensuring informed consent and eligibility criteria are met
• Maintain detailed regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with study protocols and institutional guidelines
• Collect, organize, and manage study data with precision and attention to quality
• Schedule participant visits and coordinate with research staff, physicians, and clinical teams
• Support the safety monitoring and reporting processes integral to clinical research
