Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule front-office and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Manage patient scheduling, appointment systems, and office workflow optimization
• Oversee billing, insurance verification, and patient account management processes
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and quality standards
• Handle vendor relationships, supply ordering, and facility maintenance coordination
• Prepare reports, manage office budgets, and track performance metrics
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
• Maintain medical records organization and security protocols

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar healthcare administrative leadership role
• Strong knowledge of medical office operations, terminology, and healthcare compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with office management software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• HIPAA understanding and commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• Certification as Medical Office Manager (CMOM) or Medical Office Administrator (CMOA) a plus
