Groupama is hiring a Conseiller Commercial Professionnels – Secteur Sarrebourg/Phalsbourg/Dieuze/Château Salins H/F for a full‑time position based in the United States.

About the Role

This position focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with professional clients in the designated territory, offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their business needs.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect new professional clients within the Sarrebourg, Phalsbourg, Dieuze and Château Salins area
• Conduct needs assessments and present appropriate Groupama insurance products and services
• Manage an existing portfolio of professional accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and follow up through to policy issuance
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches
• Maintain accurate records of activities reports and update CRM systems with client interactions
• Participate in regional sales meetings and training sessions organized by Groupama

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within insurance or financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
• Knowledge of local business environment in the Grand Est region
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives
• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sector
• Fluent in French; additional language skills are a plus
