About the Role

Join an international education team that prepares young learners for success in a global classroom. This full‑time role focuses on delivering engaging physical education instruction to kindergarten students while supporting the school’s broader curriculum goals.

What You'll Do

• Design and lead age‑appropriate physical education lessons for kindergarten classes.
• Create lesson plans that match the developmental levels and abilities of each student group.
• Evaluate student participation and skill development, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
• Maintain a teaching schedule of up to 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to stay informed about educational policies, safety procedures, and program updates.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Physical Education, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience teaching kindergarten or early‑ childhood learners, ideally in an ESL setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate young children.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to China for the teaching assignment after initial onboarding in Joliet.
• Full‑time availability and eligibility to work in the United States.
