About the Role

This full‑time position operates during the night shift, overseeing the mixing process from start to finish to meet strict quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Monitor product consistency throughout each batch and make real‑time adjustments to temperature, speed, or ingredient flow.
• Set up, operate, and clean the JBC‑J mixer according to standard operating procedures.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and add raw materials using batch tickets and ingredient specifications.
• Read and interpret batch tickets, ensuring the correct sequence and quantities are followed.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate problems to maintenance or supervision.
• Document production data, complete batch records, and participate in quality checks.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and OSHA guidelines, keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Communicate shift updates and any deviations to the incoming team and supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, chemical processing, or a similar mixing role is preferred.
• Solid understanding of ingredient handling, weighing techniques, and batch ticket reading.
• Ability to work independently during night hours while staying alert and detail‑oriented.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and conversions.
• Mechanical aptitude to perform routine equipment checks and minor adjustments.
• Strong commitment to safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills for clear handoffs and reporting.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or shift changes as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
