We are hiring a Remote Bilingual Call Center Sales Representative to join OneMCI, a fast‑growing US‑based provider of customer experience and BPO solutions.
About the Role
This part‑time position supports OneMCI’s sales initiatives by engaging prospects and existing customers over the phone. You will work from your home office, delivering personalized service in both English and Spanish while helping the company meet its revenue goals.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish to build rapport with diverse audiences
- Follow established sales scripts while adapting your approach to each customer’s needs
- Accurately record call details, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Provide product information, address objections, and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve overall performance
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and quality assurance guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen actively
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales quotas
- Comfort using computer systems, CRM software, and basic office applications
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work
- Part‑time availability with flexible scheduling to accommodate shift needs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus
