About the Role
The FP&A Analyst partners with finance and program teams to ensure accurate financial planning, transparent performance tracking, and timely insight for leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning processes.
- Compile management reports, key performance indicators, and variance analyses for senior leadership.
- Prepare and present monthly financial results to department heads, program managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and improve forecast accuracy.
- Maintain financial models and ensure compliance with internal controls and government security requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a government contracting or aerospace environment.
- Active security clearance (Secret or higher) or the ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
