About the Role

We're building our team with a paralegal who knows the ins and outs of commercial real estate work and thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment. You'll be the backbone of our transaction management, handling everything from initial file setup through closing, while maintaining crystal-clear communication with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, review, and organize commercial real estate documents including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
• Conduct title searches and coordinate title insurance matters
• Manage due diligence tasks and compile transaction files with precision
• Coordinate loan documentation and closing logistics
• Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other parties to move transactions forward smoothly
• Maintain comprehensive real estate file management systems
• Support attorneys with research and legal analysis as needed
