The Finish Line is hiring full-time Store Management for our Arrowhead Towne Center location in Glendale, Arizona. We're seeking experienced retail leaders ready to build high-performing teams, elevate the customer experience, and drive sales across one of our premier athletic footwear destinations in the Phoenix area.

About the Role

Join our store leadership team in Glendale, where you'll oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and represent The Finish Line's commitment to excellence. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll directly impact both team culture and store performance in Maricopa County's competitive retail market.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate store associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
• Manage daily store operations, staffing schedules, and inventory to ensure smooth functioning
• Drive visual merchandising and maintain store standards that reflect our brand's innovation and passion
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to grow revenue
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with company policies and create a safe, inclusive work environment
• Collaborate with regional management on marketing initiatives and store goals
