About the Role

As a Clinical Testing Psychologist with LifeStance Health, you'll perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and administer standardized clinical assessments to support accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment planning. Working alongside psychiatrists, therapists, and care coordinators, you'll contribute to our integrated model of behavioral health that serves patients across diverse backgrounds and needs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological testing and clinical evaluations across diverse patient populations
• Administer and interpret standardized cognitive, behavioral, and personality assessments
• Prepare detailed, clinically useful psychological reports for treatment planning and referral purposes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to inform diagnosis and therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology or related field
• Current licensure as a psychologist in Oregon (or eligibility for licensure)
• Demonstrated expertise in standardized psychological assessment instruments and interpretation
• Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
• Excellent written communication abilities for clinical documentation and report writing
