About the Role
In this full-time position, you will architect and oversee the design of sophisticated digital solutions that drive our most strategic programs. This is a leadership-level engineering role requiring an active SAP (Special Access Program) security clearance and expertise in classified program environments. You'll travel approximately 10% of the time to support program delivery and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do
- Direct the design and technical strategy for complex digital systems and enterprise architectures
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams through advanced design challenges and system integration efforts
- Establish and enforce design standards, engineering practices, and security protocols across programs
- Translate mission requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
- Conduct technical reviews and design audits for compliance and performance optimization
- Mentor and develop junior engineers while advancing organizational engineering excellence
What We're Looking For
- Active SAP (Special Access Program) security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
- Extensive hands-on experience in digital systems design, architecture, and engineering leadership
- Proven expertise developing secure, resilient solutions for defense or aerospace environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Demonstrated success leading technical teams and influencing complex programs
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as program needs require
