As a Regional Sales Manager in our Pacific Northwest territory, you'll oversee sales strategy, team performance, and customer relationships across your region. What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across the Pacific Northwest region
- Establish and execute regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed performance targets
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying expansion opportunities
- Recruit, train, and support sales professionals to deliver industry-leading customer service
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales approach and positioning

- Monitor team productivity and individual performance against established goals
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales management or leadership experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
