What You'll Do
- Oversee site operations and coordinate security personnel to meet client objectives
- Conduct property inspections and address safety concerns or compliance gaps
- Train and mentor team members on security protocols and customer service standards
- Document incidents, maintain records, and prepare reports for management review
- Build relationships with residential clients and respond to their security needs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations and company policies
- Monitor schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation
What We're Looking For
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in security, facility management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
