Digital Marketing Recruiters is hiring an Automotive Digital Marketing Performance Manager to join our team across the United States. This is a full-time position based in the US, reporting to the Director of Client Services.

About the Role

As an Automotive Digital Marketing Performance Manager, you'll drive measurable results for automotive clients through strategic digital marketing execution and continuous optimization. You'll own campaign performance from planning through analysis, ensuring every initiative delivers maximum impact and ROI for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels for automotive industry clients
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment across campaigns
• Develop performance reports and communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with creative, technical, and client services teams to execute campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to improve performance
• Work with analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and optimize marketing results
• Support automotive clients in achieving their digital marketing goals
