About the Role
As a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Fort Worth-area office, you'll support the design, planning, and documentation of municipal infrastructure projects. This entry-level role combines technical learning with real-world application on projects that directly improve how communities function—from transportation corridors to utility systems.
What You'll Do
- Develop construction plans and technical documentation for municipal roadway and transportation projects
- Support the design of stormwater management and drainage systems
- Contribute to water supply pipeline and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Assist with civil site design for municipal facilities and public parks
- Participate in stream restoration and erosion control engineering
- Coordinate with project teams and municipal stakeholders on design details
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation using industry standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
- EIT certification or ability to obtain it
- Proficiency with CAD software and engineering design tools
- Strong grasp of civil engineering principles and municipal infrastructure standards
- Excellent attention to detail and technical communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced engineers
- Valid driver's license for site visits and field observations
