Riverside Metro Auto Group is hiring a full-time Service Advisor at our Casa Blanca location in Riverside County. In this customer-focused role, you'll be the trusted bridge between vehicle owners and our skilled service team, guiding customers through maintenance and repair decisions with expertise and integrity.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you're the first point of contact when customers arrive with their vehicles. You'll listen to their concerns, assess what their car needs, present solutions in straightforward language, and ensure the entire service experience—from check-in to vehicle delivery—leaves them confident and satisfied. This full-time position is based in Casa Blanca and blends customer service excellence with automotive service knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and gather detailed information about their vehicle issues and service history
- Identify needed repairs and maintenance in collaboration with service technicians
- Explain repair recommendations clearly so customers understand the work and costs involved
- Write accurate work orders and schedule service appointments efficiently
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress throughout the service process
- Process payments and deliver vehicles while confirming customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships that turn customers into loyal, repeat clients
- Support department goals for quality service and customer retention
What We're Looking For
- Proven customer service experience and natural ability to build rapport
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing customer accounts and schedules
- Prior service advisor, automotive service, or dealership experience preferred
- Familiarity with service management systems is a bonus
- Genuine commitment to solving customer problems and delivering value
- Team player mentality in a fast-paced environment
