Our firm handles complex personal injury cases from initial consultation through final settlement or trial. As a bilingual paralegal, you'll provide essential administrative and legal support while serving as a cultural and linguistic bridge for Spanish-speaking clients navigating the legal system.
What You'll Do
- Manage case files and documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy throughout all phases of litigation
- Conduct intake interviews with Spanish-speaking clients and communicate case information clearly in Spanish
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Coordinate communications among clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and medical providers
- Review and organize discovery documents, evidence, and medical records
- Assist with settlement preparation and documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and oral, with ability to communicate legal concepts across language barriers
- Paralegal experience in personal injury law or comparable litigation practice
- Strong organizational abilities and unwavering commitment to accuracy in legal documentation
- Competency with legal software, case management platforms, and Microsoft Office suite
- Clear written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
