Licensed Clinical Testing Psychologist – Sandwich, IL

LifeStance Health is hiring a Licensed Clinical Testing Psychologist in Sandwich, Illinois to join our behavioral health team. This is a full-time position providing psychological assessment, testing, and evaluation services to support mental and physical health integration across our patients.

About the Role

As a Licensed Clinical Testing Psychologist, you'll conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and administer standardized testing to help diagnose and guide treatment planning. You'll work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers at LifeStance Health to deliver holistic mental healthcare that improves patient outcomes and access to trusted mental health services in the Sandwich, DeKalb County area.

What You'll Do

• Administer, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological assessments using evidence-based tools
• Evaluate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and personality functioning to inform clinical diagnosis
• Prepare detailed clinical reports with findings, diagnostic impressions, and treatment recommendations
• Communicate assessment results to patients, providers, and other healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Consult with clinical teams to support patient-centered treatment planning
• Stay current with advances in psychological assessment and best practices in behavioral health

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
• Expertise in psychological and neuropsychological testing, assessment administration, and interpretation
• Knowledge of standardized assessment instruments and diagnostic criteria
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic reasoning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered mental healthcare
