What You'll Do

- Address and de-escalate behavioral health crises with clinical skill and compassion
- Communicate with physicians, counselors, and clinical coordinators on treatment plans
- Monitor medication administration and patient safety protocols
- Document clinical observations and patient progress accurately
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff and support new team members
- Maintain compliance with unit policies and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
- Current RN licensure in Colorado
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or related clinical specialty
- Experience in a charge nurse, assistant nurse manager, or clinical coordination role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications and behavioral health protocols
- Commitment to patient-centered care and staff development
