Urgent Hiring: Summer Camp Teacher => Relocate to China

SPECIALIZED RG is urgently hiring full-time Summer Camp Teachers to join our summer program in Nashville, Davidson County. In this hands-on role, you'll lead engaging educational and recreational activities for children ages 8–15, creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment where young learners develop creativity, teamwork, and a genuine love of learning.

About the Role

As a Summer Camp Teacher at SPECIALIZED RG, you'll be the heart of the camp experience. You're responsible for designing and delivering memorable activities—both educational and recreational—that keep children engaged, active, and excited to learn. You'll build positive relationships with each child, manage group dynamics with patience and enthusiasm, and ensure every day contributes to their growth and development.

What You'll Do

• Plan and lead age-appropriate learning and recreational activities for children ages 8–15
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels safe and valued
• Encourage teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving through hands-on experiences
• Supervise children throughout daily activities, transitions, and interactions
• Communicate openly with parents, guardians, and fellow staff members
• Adapt activities and lesson plans based on children's interests, abilities, and needs

What We're Looking For

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative personality with genuine passion for working with children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and supervise young learners effectively
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with children preferred
