About the Role
This is a full-time, over-the-road driving position operating a dry van truck for Bison Transport Inc. You'll transport freight on interstate routes with access to consistent loads and predictable schedules. Weekly pay ensures regular income, and you'll work with a driver-focused team committed to your success on the road.
What You'll Do
- Drive a commercial dry van truck safely across interstate routes
- Transport freight loads from origin to destination while meeting delivery schedules
- Comply with all DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and safety standards
- Maintain detailed logbooks and perform required vehicle inspections
- Communicate with dispatch regarding load assignments and delivery status
- Inspect your truck before and after each run to ensure mechanical roadworthiness
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 6 months of professional over-the-road driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT medical examination and background check
- Reliable and safety-conscious approach to professional driving
- Strong communication skills with dispatch and team members
Compensation
Earn competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,350 to $1,800 per week based on your experience and freight assignments. All OTR drivers with a minimum of 6 months of driving experience receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus upon completion of our hiring process.
