Quantech Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Strategic Business Analyst with Security Clearance in Hampton Roads, Hampton City. This is a full-time position for a strategic thinker who translates complex organizational needs into executable plans across government and federal agencies.

About the Role

As a Senior Strategic Business Analyst with Security Clearance, you'll serve as a critical bridge between mission requirements and operational execution. You'll work directly with stakeholders at all levels to understand organizational priorities, identify process improvement opportunities, and chart a clear path forward for complex, multi-agency initiatives. This role demands both analytical rigor and the ability to influence decisions at senior levels.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and document organizational processes, capabilities, and dependencies across agency boundaries
• Map stakeholder requirements to actionable capabilities and operational plans
• Identify, validate, and organize statutory mandates and executive directives into coherent implementation roadmaps
• Develop comprehensive execution strategies that align mission objectives with available resources
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to resolve conflicts, align priorities, and ensure successful program delivery
• Create documentation that communicates strategic direction to both technical and non-technical audiences

What We're Looking For

• Active or current Secret/Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
• 7+ years of business analysis experience in a federal, government, or defense contracting environment
• Proven ability to map complex organizational processes and communicate findings to senior leadership
• Strong understanding of government operations, statutory requirements, and inter-agency coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with strategic planning, requirements analysis, and capability assessments
