Exec Acquisition Associate with Security Clearance

Quantech Services, Inc. is seeking an Exec Acquisition Associate with Security Clearance for a full-time position based in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. You'll support complex government and defense acquisition programs, ensuring program artifacts and performance data flow seamlessly through enterprise systems.

What This Role Involves

As an Exec Acquisition Associate, you will manage critical pieces of the acquisition lifecycle within a government contracting environment. Your work bridges technical program execution and enterprise portfolio oversight, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance data drive informed decision-making at all levels. You'll synthesize program intelligence into formats that allow leadership and customers to maintain visibility into program health and alignment with strategic goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Extract program-specific information, technical assessments, and performance data to inform acquisition strategy
• Develop program and technical acquisition documentation for enterprise-level integration and stakeholder review
• Track and report on program cost performance, schedule adherence, and technical milestone completion
• Coordinate with acquisition teams, program managers, and customer representatives to identify and resolve program challenges
• Maintain enterprise portfolio visibility through regular status updates and acquisition artifact management
• Support compliance documentation and acquisition records management

Who We're Looking For

• Active or eligible for U.S. security clearance at Secret level or above
• Demonstrated analytical and research capabilities
• Experience synthesizing technical and programmatic information into executive summaries
• Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations, government contracting, or program management strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and meet established deadlines
