EY is hiring a Tax Services Manager for our Financial Services division, based in Jericho, Nassau County. In this full-time role, you'll lead customer tax operations and reporting initiatives, driving compliance and strategic tax solutions for enterprise clients in the financial services sector.

About the Role

As Tax Services Manager in the Customer Tax Operations and Reporting (CTOR) practice, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients, overseeing complex tax reporting requirements, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This position bridges tax strategy and execution, requiring both technical expertise and leadership to manage client deliverables and internal team coordination.

What You'll Do

• Manage tax compliance and reporting requirements for financial services clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement tax reporting solutions aligned with client objectives
• Oversee customer tax operations processes, identifying process improvements and efficiency gains
• Provide tax guidance on regulatory changes, reporting standards, and compliance obligations
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular consultation and strategic tax planning support
• Review and quality-control tax deliverables, ensuring adherence to EY standards and client specifications
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate tax services delivery and resource planning

What We're Looking For

• CPA or equivalent professional tax credential required
• 5+ years of experience in tax services, financial services tax, or related tax advisory roles
• Strong knowledge of financial services tax requirements and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client engagements and tax reporting processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
• Leadership capability with experience managing teams or client relationships
• Proficiency with tax software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite
