yilian shengda is hiring a full-time English teacher to join our training center in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. About the Role
As an English educator at yilian shengda, you'll lead engaging English instruction for young learners ages 3–12 in a dynamic training center environment. This position offers the chance to develop curriculum, deliver interactive lessons, and foster language acquisition in a supportive teaching community.
What You'll Do
- Teach 20–25 hours per week of English and ESL instruction to groups of elementary-aged students
- Dedicate 6 office hours weekly to lesson planning, grading, student progress tracking, and professional development
- Create and adapt engaging classroom materials suited to young learners
- Assess student progress and communicate with parents and colleagues
- Participate in center activities and professional collaboration
What We're Looking For
- Native English speaker (required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience or demonstrated ability teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) preferred
- Passion for working with children and commitment to student success
- Professionalism, reliability, and cultural adaptability
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of 18,000–22,000 RMB monthly, plus housing allowance (negotiable based on experience)
