About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager at our Mount Vernon, Fairfax County retail location, you'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and build a team culture focused on exceptional customer experiences and store profitability.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on daily operational management and staff scheduling
• Drive sales performance while maintaining high standards for customer service
• Lead, train, and supervise sales associates in product knowledge and service excellence
• Manage inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Execute opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and register reconciliation
