What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and understand their fragrance and product preferences to provide personalized recommendations
• Develop strong product knowledge about our full range of candles, body care, home fragrances, and seasonal collections
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments with integrity
• Maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and merchandise displays that showcase our products effectively
• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and monitoring stock levels
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure smooth daily operations
• Create a clean, professional store environment that reflects our brand standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service
