Licensed Mental Health Therapist

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Oregon City, Clackamas County. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll provide evidence-based mental health treatment to individuals seeking to improve their wellbeing and quality of life.

About the Role

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at LifeStance Health, you'll deliver compassionate, client-centered therapy in our Oregon City practice. You'll work with patients across the lifespan, addressing a range of mental health concerns with clinical expertise and genuine care. What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to support integrated care
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
• Create a safe, supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and valued

What We're Looking For

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent Oregon credential
• Demonstrated experience delivering mental health treatment in clinical settings
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to cultural competence and client-centered practice
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, integrated healthcare environment
