About the Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you'll own a defined sales territory and be responsible for generating revenue through consistent business development, account management, and consultative selling. You'll represent Stevens Equipment Supply's comprehensive portfolio of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, parts, and supplies to residential, light commercial, hospitality, and industrial customers throughout your assigned region.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy that builds market share and meets revenue objectives
  • Establish and nurture relationships with HVAC contractors, property managers, hospitality facilities, and other key customer segments
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the territory
  • Provide product expertise on equipment, parts availability, and technical specifications
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Track sales activity, pipeline development, and territory metrics to drive consistent performance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in wholesale distribution, HVAC, refrigeration, or related industries
  • Track record of successfully managing territory sales and building long-term customer relationships
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial equipment is preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
